Idealism is 1.belief in perfection: belief in and pursuit of perfection as an attainable goal
2.living by high ideals: aspiring to or living in accordance with high standards or principles (world dictionary). It is like the pushing force to keep us going as a species, and as individuals. It makes us do things the right way, not just give up, or settle for good enough. This belief of perfection has a huge affect on society. Take an employee for example. Any job, has high standards, that all workers must follow. If, say, Steve, doesn't want to do his job correctly, comes in late most often, and doesn't really try that hard, you had better believe that he's going to get fired! Because he and his boss do not share the mutual belief of striving toward perfection. Without idealism, the world would be very different we need it as a way to assure that the world continues to advance and change in a bright way.

What idealism is, is to go out and pursuit your goals and let people hear your dreams and ideas. It can also mean to practice your ideas. What idealism's affect is on society is that if idealism was lost no dreams would be heard by others and no one would go pursuit what they thought were right. idealism's affects society cause people let there dreams be heard with idealism. If there was no idealism in the society, for example martin Luther king would have not let anyone hear his dreams and blacks would probably still be a outcast in society.People would still look at them different if it wasn't for idealism.idealism is having your own opinion and not making your opinion from what you have heard from other people. if there was no idealism all people would all have the same opinion about multiple things and things a lot of things would look the same. This is the effect from idealism, and what idealism is.

Idealism is to attempt or pursue an idea. It is an image that someone creates that is dreamlike and tries to achieve it. This hard work leads to success. Idealism has been positive for our society because people try to achieve an idea or goal and then make progress for other attainable goals. It makes society excel in proving how they are right or can accomplish something. When someone has a high goal set or something unachievable they will still obtain a positive outcome because they are trying to do something so much harder. When idealism is gone no progression is made because society lacks effort to keep improving and reaching higher set goals. With no idealism it can lead to a failing society when there is no urge to keep making improvements or trying to always work to be the best.

Idealism is something that represents the quintessential ways that life or a society should be run. Society has an “idea” on how a perfect society should be run. Societies look at idealism as a way to show their members how to live their lives the “ideal” way. Idealism takes away the chance to be you. It takes away opportunities to be original, because originally isn’t in the definition of idealism. In idealists societies everyone is basically the same. Everyone dresses similar, eat similar foods, drive similar cars, and live in similar homes. Everyone lives the same lives. Have you ever noticed how most high school students dress the same? Well that is an example of idealism where that kind of style is necessary to fit in. On the other hand, idealism helps to keep societies structured. If idealism was lost, many societies would be struggling to function. Those who lived in strict idealists societies would struggle to be themselves, and those who lie in loosely idealist societies would-be free to let their own personality shine.

Idealism is having high standards and good goals. It is also taking pride in your work. It is pretty much just being an all around good person. In society, idealism is what makes a community a nice place to be in. It is what strives people to overcome challenges. When Idealism is lost society fails. A society without idealism is unfriendly and not outgoing. People would not be neighbour like.

what is idealism? Idealism is having a dream goal that if you work hard enough you can reach it. Mostly everyone knows about the American dream, if we as a society did not have idealism then we would not want to strive for things like getting a house or a new car. When idealism is lost we will have no idea of what we want from life its self. There will be no more creations like new phones, cars, and video games. All the outgoing people would fade and everyone would be going to work and coming home probably in the same feel of nothing is worst and nothing is better. Also imagination would be gone so all fictional stories would not be written and then there would not be a book you can escape to when your bored. Everybody uses idealism, but when its lost there will be no more hope on Earth.

Idealism is go out and pusuit your goals. You want to the world and tell everyone what your goals are. That's what idealism is. If i was v an idealist I would go out and feel everyone what my idea is. You go to a Microphone and scream your idea to the whole world. You have to pursuit your goals. You have to go and do your ideas. That's the real definition of Idealism

Idealism is having high goals to set yourself up with or high standards. To achieve idealism you have to take pride in you work and do the best that you can. In society idealism is what makes it a good place. It makes the society outgoing and overall a nice place to be in. It strives people to be the best that that they can and to over come rough spots in there life. When idealism is lost society is corrupt. There would be no goals to set yourself. Also you would not be able to over come challenges in your life. In a society without idealism people are not friendly overall.

Idealism is to be a perfectionist or someone that has high standards. In society we are expected to do our best so we can get good grades and get good jobs to make money and survive. Idealism forces us to be better people so the world is a better place. If nobody tried to have high standards nothing would get done and we wouldn't be able to have successful lives. For example, if we didn't have idealism than people working wouldn't do their job correctly. Like if a doctor didn't have idealism than they wouldn't be successful in saving their lives. Everyone should always have idealism because it makes people successful and do their best.

Idealism is defined as the creation or pursuit of ideals especially unrealistically. This basically equates to having or chasing dream, mainly unrealistic ones. This concept of "idealism" plays a huge role in our society. It is what pushes people to strive for greatness, and even if they do not achieve it, it is better to have tried and failed than to have never tried at all. If idealism was lost then there would be no progress. No one would be working towards anything so there would really be no point in working at all. We wouldn't strive for anything so the world would be at a permanent standstill. The technology we have would stay the same forever, so we would be stuck at this stage forever. In brief, idealism is the force that pushes the world toward greatness, and if it disappeared from the world, there would no longer be any advancements. Idealism is a very important part of our society and should definitely not be taken for granted.

Idealism is the way our society tries to run itself. It is based on the belief that there is an ideal way to live and that is how everyone should be expected to live their life. It mainly affects society because, society tries to pressure us into believing that there is only one way to live. That way is too stay in school or there is no way you can succeed. When idealism is lost, most people lose there view on what is usually done and what is not usually done. This can be bad, but can also work out because it could create more unique individuals in society.

Idealism is the attitude of person who believes that it is possible to live according to very high standards of behavior and honesty. This belief is based on how people see life should be lived. How people should know what to do in there lifetime. This belief is able to show that people with honesty and high standards will be more likely to succeed. Rather, than a person with low standards. For example school is where some people are idealists and some not so much. The idealists though however go on to have a better out come after school than the non-idealists. If idealism is lost people will not succeed as often or as greatly.

Idealism is the practice of forming or pursuing ideas. Someone Show believes in this concept is an idealist. Idealists are known to be people who cherish or pursue high or noble purposes and goals. The practice of idealism has a huge effect on not only today’s society but in the past as well. Without people who work hard at whatever they do and without people who strive to create greatness in everything they do, society would have barely any progression and advancements. Idealists are important people because they set goals and they reach them, without them many important things in world history would have never happened. Therefor when idealism is lost its allowing people become nonchalant and lazy with how they go about things it takes a toll on innovation as well. All work forces whether it be high paying jobs or low paying jobs begin to suffer also. If people stopped caring and refused to push forward it would keep society in the dark and stop us from expansion in multiple ways.

Idealism is the philosophy of trying to achieve perfection. Society will never be able to create a perfect world to live in, but as long as people believe they can get close to perfect, or better the way people are living now, good things will still happen in the society. Idealism keeps hope alive. If people believe that there is no way of working towards the ideal, then there is no hope for that society. Detroit, MI is an example of what happens when the majority of people give up hope for the reaching the ideal. Ashley Woods of the Huffington Post wrote; "Gun violence is nothing out of the ordinary to Detroit's wearied residents, as raging crime rates threaten the troubled city's long-term future." Idealism is lost in Detroit. Without the hope Idealism brings, Detroit will continue to spiral downward.

Idealism is 1.) The practice of forming or pursuing ideals, esp. unrealistically. 2.) Any of various systems of thought in which the objects of knowledge are held to be in some way dependent on the activity of mind. Idealism affects society because it allows the minds of people to open up and create new things that can help others or the person. This can help with creativity within anyone. It is said that artists use idealism to create their work. If an artist uses this method and creates something with meaning/taste then they had an idea that made them pursue it. Not only someone with a pencil or brush use idealism but inventors, singers, and just regular people. If you come up with a great idea then you will pursue that idea and make it happen to achieve. If idealism is lost and not used then many people will fail because they cant come up with solutions to problems. When everyone loses their power to think then the world will slowly but surely crumble. Our world continues with idealism and has for centuries. Its part of evolution. The world needs to keep the ideas flowing to move on as a civilization for there will be hopelessness.

Idealism is the want or need for perfection. This is applyed to anything aspect of life. Mentally and physically. When some one or something. Or a group of people. Want to remove all flaws in their lives. They are idealists. This could be an individual. A group or club. A government party. Sports team. Small family of raccoons. Anything that wants to have no flaws what so ever in under the assumption of idealism. Well why is this a part of society. Why does it matter. What are the affects if this princeble of being "perfect" didnt exist. Naturally people will make flaws. But this is aginst what is comfortable. When you notice that something in you life is bad or not the best it can be. Your mind says that perhaps you should try and fix it. I don't know if any one has ever said. "Wow this year I'm going to try and be late for work every single day!" Idealism is a part of our human nature. The want to be perfect. Many dont act on those natural thoughts. But everyone has them. So take that away. Make the idealist, not exist. Well the image of society starts to change. People don't compare them selfs to anything bc the "perfect body" isn't there. Models are actually normal healthy sizes. Food isn't considered healthy any more. The rich and the poor are now equally the same. Because there is nothing to compare them off of. There is no golden standard of making over six figures a year. There is no wine saying that you have to be a size nothing to be beautiful. Personal belongings are judged based of the owner. Luxury is no longer judged by how much it costs. But how much it is vaulted by the owner. And small families of raccoons now don't fight among each other of who should get the left overs. Because nothing is better then the next.
